职位描述
作为主要的客户联系人，处理所有与服务相关的问题。与客户建立并保持合作和主动的服务关系。协助客户销售订单的计划、排序和处理。与客户、生产和支持团队成员一起工作，确保服务表现超出客户预期。
主要职责：
负责所有主要产品线的客户服务问题，包括MRI, CT和Copley Motion Controls
在公司内部协调解决服务问题
与生产计划一起确定订单交货期并与客户沟通
在PeopleSoft系统中输入并维护客户销售/订单
主动与客户沟通交货问题，并在需要时协商重新安排交货时间
与客户和会计人员一起解决采购订单，发票和账单问题
通过周报与管理层沟通客户状态
协调美国和中国之间的物料流动，以便生产转移
与部门领导一起实施流程改进
按要求完成其他工作
任职要求:
学士学位或同等学历和工作经验
中英文流利
3年以上客户服务和/或客户管理经验
