Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. In charge of china NPR/payroll/necessary GL journal preparation
2. Maintain all of RFE application list and have a control for all of spending in line budget
3. Maintain fixed assets ledger and finish annual assets count
4. Support the supervisor to finish balance sheet review and reconciliation with sufficient supporting, to sure no overstated and understated items.
5. In charge of outstanding balance sheet item can be resolved within 1month
6. Assist supervisor to finish the closing/forecast/budget process
7. Perform 3-way matching of foreigner vendors’ billings for accuracy and reasonableness
8. Perform Interco company each month statement reconciliation
9. Assist supervisor to finish china statutory request and annual audit work
