主要职责：
这一部分包括该岗位最主要的 3-15 条职责和任务，
同时还必须完成其主管布置的其他任务。
1.协助实验室主管制定年度目标及年度预算；
2.负责微生物实验室日常运作的管理, 确保实验室符合
EHS 要求；
3.管理领导微生物室分析员及技术员,培训并激励下属
使之获得***工作表现及成果；
4. 确保各项微生物测试方法符合公司和当地政府法规
要求；
5. 根据 SOP 要求负责组织完成对原料,生产过程中初
始,中间及成品的检验,根据测试数据提供质量报告；
6 . 审核并协助制定标准操作规范。
7．与部门人员合作完成技术问题,在别的部门需要时
提供技术支持；
8. 进行工厂内微生物菌类汇总和其趋势分析以便改进
控制；
9. 参与有关部门的 GMP 检查；
10.负责相关的培训。
