RH is looking for a PRODUCT SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE 产品测试及合规助理 to join our growing team at our Shanghai office. This role will provide daily support for projects and team members who work to ensure that all RH products are safe and legal. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a business support role and/or experience working in a product focused business setting. This candidate must also have an immediate connection to our Core Values: People, Service, Quality and Innovation. Primary Responsibilities

· Daily support for Product Safety and Compliance Leaders who manage the RH Product Safety Testing Program Interact with cross-functional teams and outside service providers (Quality, PD, Merchants, Shanghai, Sourcing Agents, Vendors, Factories, Labs)

· Leadership of Product Safety and Compliance Team general email box

· Electronic filing of product test reports in an organized fashion allowing fast and easy retrieval

· Review and get approval for product-testing invoices and submit for payment in a timely fashion

· Run data analytics reports as required

· Track Product Safety Issues, review weekly reports and record issues and other safety concerns for review by Leaders

· Track DC inventory and coordinate shipment of product test samples to testing labs as required

· Review all new product SKUs with Product Safety and Compliance Leaders to help determine what requires testing, what level of testing is needed and who should conduct the testing, in addition to other compliance verification techniques

· Other projects and functions as assigned by Product Safety and Compliance Leaders

· Prior work experience in the retail industry and / or in a support position is preferred but not required
