1. Take responsibility to lead and to fulfill the execution and improvement of loss of containment work and lifting safety standards to comply with both statutory and corporate SHE requirements.
2. Assist Engineering Manager to deliver high mechanical equipment reliability across the whole site.
3. Interface between user and IT for maintenance software system's.
4. Work with production teams to ensure that equipment downtime is minimized, productive contractor resource deployment, safe and quality completion of maintenance work with troubleshooting skilled provided.
5. Take responsibility of the planning/preparation work of MMA maintenance activities and coordinate the SAR's activities which include scheduling, material, tool and equipment, resources to be in place.
6. Lead in routine maintenance work planning meeting and issue the agreed weekly work schedule. Also, ensure that all planned work to be implemented for both on site and off site work accordingly with high SHE standard and good quality.
7. Set up and maintain equipment failure history database in order to provide the data for equipment reliability analysis. Also, involve in this analysis process to achieve the improvement of OEE performance of the plant.
8. Act as PPM work action owner and ensure that all PPM work to be executed properly on site, Analyze and improve the majority of mechanical failure issues in.
9. Take primary responsibility of ensuring that contractor’s performance for both maintenance and project work meets business and site requirements, including safety, quality, and progress.
10. Develop critical key performance indicators to measure, monitor and improve on the performance of the contractors' work for both on site and off site.
11. Provide cost information from equipment history, from equipment history. Recommend cost effective and long term corrective actions in order to address equipment problems to achieve better equipment performance ant reduced maintenance cost.
12. Lead the spare parts consumption analysis in order to provide the data for I/E and mechanical engineers to review the optimization of spare parts to lower the site engineering inventory.
13. Be in charge of spare parts warehouse management including special tools and equipment and lead the monthly spare spats/service application plan.
14. Take full responsibility of preparation work of plant shutdown and overhaul. It includes working list, material, resource, scheduling and emergent work control.
15. Train contractor/technicians on newly issued policy by MCMSH/SECCO.
16. Assist / involve the Liner Manager in engineering management to achieve better engineering performance in routine maintenance activities.
17. Continuously take measures to improve contractor’s safety behavior and ensure contractor in safety.
18. Continuously review PM plan.
19. Ensure the matser-data of SAP is updated.
20. Follow high engineering standards/practices.
21. Assist engineering manager to perform maintenance cost control.
22. Other duties as assigned to meet J- SOX requirements.
23. Other tasks assigned by the Company.
