1) Manage clinic property as the requirement by HN and company; keep confidential of company information and patient privacy.

2) Triage
分诊
1) Each day frequently check the appointment schedule in the computer
经常在电脑上查看当天预约情况。
2) Complete the necessary paper work need for triage. To check and to replenish any equipment needed .Keep the room clean and tidy.
完成所有分诊需要的文书工作。检查和补充所有必要的设备。保持房间干净整洁。
3) Regularly observe the patient in the waiting area according to the level of sickness.
根据病人患病程度，定时观察等候区病人。
4) Do the basic nursing assessment, always providing supportive treatment to the patients and co-workers.
进行基础护理评估，总是为病人和其他员工提供支援治疗。
5) Refer each case to the nurse assigned to each doctor.
将病人转交给医生的随诊护士。
6) Response quickly in an emergency situation, giving basic life support to the patient in the treatment room.
在紧急情况下反应迅速，在诊疗室中给予病人抢救。
7) Coordinate with all staff to accomplish the clinic process.
与其他员工合作完成门诊流程。
3) Work With Doctor
随诊
a) Check all consultation rooms; keep the medical documents and equipments in tact for the consultation.
检查所有的医生诊室，保存医疗文件和设备以备诊疗之用。
b) Escort patient to consultation room after triage, standby and prepare to provide nursing care.
在分诊之后陪同病人进入医生诊室，全程陪同以便随时提供护理服务。
c) Ensure all medical instruments are ready prior to the doctor starting any procedure (pap smear, suturing, dressing change etc.)
在医生开始诊疗前，确保所有的医疗设备均运行正常。
d) Follow the doctor’s order correctly and efficiently.
准确高效地遵照医生的指示工作。
e) Treat all patients with care, respect and attention.
关心、关注、尊敬所有的病人。
f) Nurse patients skillfully and genteelly. Perform all nursing duties in a professional manner, showing care and understanding at all times. Look after patients properly, make them comfortable and relax.
熟练细心地护理病人。专业地行使所有护理只能，时刻表现出关怀和理解。全心全意地照顾病人，让他们感到舒适和放松。
g) Inform doctors once test reports arrive, and make further appointments if necessary or according to doctors’ order.
检验结果到达之后及时通知医生，根据医嘱进行复诊预约。
h) If patients need specialist consultation, make the proper arrangements, Inform the floating nurse to take care of the patient and to be responsible for the patients file and specialist consultation.
合理安排病人进行专家会诊，通知巡回护士照顾病人，并负责病人的病历和会诊。
i) Check the items on the billing sheet with the doctor. Escort the patient to the cashier and pharmacy. Coordinate with cashier about patient’s billing, inform cashier if there are certain financial policy made for insurance direct billing.
与医生核对病人账单。陪同病人前往出纳和药房。协助出纳处理病人账单，如有特殊规定，通知出纳关于直接结单的有关信息。
j) Be vigilant in keeping the consultation and procedure room clean and organized after each consultation and procedure coordinating with the housekeeper.
在每次诊疗过后，注意诊疗室的卫生情况，及时通知保洁工打扫。
k) Record all nursing procedures accurately after every procedure has been done.
每次诊疗结束之后，都做好精确的护理过程记录。
l) Once clinic hours have finish help reception area in a professional manner.
门诊时间结束后，帮助前台工作。
4) Floating
巡回
a) Escort patient for any investigations and for admission.
全程陪同病人进行检查和办理入院手续。
b) Check Resuscitation trolley in procedure room and sign in the checking-list.
检查诊疗室里的抢修车，并做好登记。
c) Check store room inventory and restock every Mon. and Thurs. Always make certain that stock get replenished.
检查仓库的存货，并于每周一和周四订货。必须时刻保障库存充足。
d) Check escort appointment on computer. Refer to other department for special items.
核对电脑内预约情况。将特殊病例转移至其他部门。
e) Follow up all test results. Make appointment if required be reviewed for those who had examination done but have not been given an appointment.
跟踪所有的检验结果。为那些有必要复诊但尚未预约的病人进行预约。
f) Work together with all other staff to perform other assignment as needed.
与其他部门的员工协调完成指定工作。
g) Ensure Chinese test results be translated by our Chinese doctors into English should there be any abnormal findings. Please inform the doctor.
确保中文检验报告被我院的中国医生翻译成英文，如报告中有异常情况，应及时通知医生。
h) Retune files to Medical Records Room and file neatly and accurately.
将病历归还至病历储藏室，整齐并正确归档。
i) Act as interpreter for patients or doctors or specialists who do not speak English.
为不说英语的病人、医生或专家进行口译。
5) Other job assigned by the supervisor.
完成上级主管交付的其他工作。
QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格
Key Skills & Competencies 关键技能和胜任力：

Education Background/Professional Training 学历和专业/职业培训和证书：
1. 大专或以上学历，护理专业；
2. 有护士执业证书。

1. 1年或以上护士工作经验。
Language Skills 语言技能：
1． 能会简单英文或日文沟通。
Office Software 办公软件运用技能：
1. 能基本使用办公软件，Word, Excel, PPT.
