General Responsibilities:


The Accountant is responsible for month end closing activities; assist in monitoring the performance of Accounts Payable, GL, P&A and Tax filling for China. Review ledger variances and identify discrepancies to management and to process accrual or adjustment, He or She will also be responsible for preparing balance sheet reconciliations, cash book reconciliation and reconciliation for US book and PRC book etc. And is able to work independently with external legal firms, company secretary, Auditors and tax consultants and assist in preparing the related schedules and documentation for statutory and tax filing in China regions.


Specific Requirements
? Responsible for supplier management, the payment arrangement & processing and expenditure control,
? Establish new customer profile and account as well as maintain the customers database.
? Verify the tax invoices according to ensure its compliance with the PRC tax regulations.
? Responsible for timely and accurately process the payment settlement and employee expense reimbursement to ensure it’s under budget control and complied with the internal policies requirements.
? Responsible for monthly accounts payable and accrued/prepaid expense close.
? Properly arrange the payment in accordance with the credit terms set for respective suppliers.
? Month-end closing and the related activities/reporting, including pre-closing and post- closing
? Input VAT verification and reconciliation.
? In charge of accounts payable and monthly accrued expense booking. Ensure expenses are recorded timely and accurately under PRC GAAP and US GAAP respectively.
? Production cost and cost of goods sold calculation and analysis. And costing module month end closing.
? In charge Intercompany gross charge in and out booking and revaluation. Monthly IC account balance reconciliation with other country/other entities.
? Support the Manager and the operation teams to perform periodical cost/expenses analysis.
? Tax filing experience including VAT, BT, CIT filing. Familiar with regular tax filing process and good communication skills with tax bureau.
? Assist on monthly outlooking process and annual budgeting process.
? G/L ledger adjustment and other month end closing transaction
? Daily, weekly and monthly reports internally
? Interface with government bureau like SAFE and Tax
? VAT invoice control
? Give suggestions and improvement for daily operation.


Education and Experience Requirements
? Full time university degree graduate with 4-5 years hands on Accounting and Finance area, preferably with 2 years Public Audit experience
? Good Microsoft office skill
? Experience in trading operation is definitely an advantage.
? Acceptable English level
? Strong communication skill and presentation skill
? Hard working and diligent, willing to meet challenge and dead-line
? Experience in Oracle is must, Hyperion, or other ERP system, Salesforce experience is preferable.
? CPA or equivalent qualification
