Responsibility:

·         Join to develop the budget and lead the implementation of regional market sales strategies and activities, primarily for Greater China markets, to increase sales volumes and profits.

参与制定并实施区域市场销售策略和预算，主要针对大中华市场的客户，增加公司销售量于利润；

·         Identify, visit and develop potential clients, and maintain good relationships with existing or potential clients.

识别，拜访和开发潜在客户，与现有或潜在客户保持良好关系；

·         E-platform partnership maintenance and make joint business plan proposal.

维护电子平台合作伙伴以及制定联合商业计划;

·         Responsible for flash sales and relevant contracts.

负责团购以及相关合同洽谈。

·         Help company to win new clients and business.

帮助公司赢得新客户；

·         Negotiation contracts and hand over orders to sales team.

合同谈判并将订单下达给销售团队处理；

·         Provide sales data and reports analysis, to support company business development strategies.

提供销售数据分析报告，日常报表分析，与公司战略制定提供数据支持；

·         Forecast market trend and propose development solutions.

预测未来市场并提出对应的发展方案；

·         Collect and analyze competitors’ business information and planning, to support company decision-making.

收集，分析竞争对手商务信息，布局，为公司决策提供支持；

·         Maintain project on a monthly basis and report to line manager.

每月维护项目进度并向直属经理汇报；

Requirement:

·         Bachelor degree or above.

本科学历及以上；

·         At least 7-10 years of retail/wholesale sales working experience in toy, game or other related industry.

在玩具、游戏等其他相关产业里至少有7-10年的批发零售的销售工作经验；

·         Fluent in Both oral and written English.

英语听说读写流利；

·         Effective negotiations skills, resourceful and proactive in solving problems and delivering solutions.

有效的谈判技巧，能足智多谋、积极主动地解决问题和提供解决方案;

·         Strong business sense and analytical skill.

强大的商业意识与分析技巧；

·         Strong interest for games/board games.

对游戏/桌面游戏行业感兴趣。
