Responsibility
? Make and implement annual recruitment plan according to the company development strategy and business requirement, and make recruitment budget.
? 根据公司战略与业务需求，分析公司的招聘需求，制定公司的年度招聘计划，编制公司的招聘预算。
? Establish and improve the recruitment procedure and system, assist in the org-chart design, position design, job analysis etc.
? 建立并完善公司招聘管理流程及体系，协助完成公司组织架构及岗位设计、岗位工作分析等工作；
? Develop, expand and maintain the recruitment channel, do effectiveness analysis and give constructive suggestion.
? 开发、拓展并维护招聘渠道，开展招聘渠道有效性分析，并给出建设性改善建议；
? Collect and analyze the talent condition in the industry, grasp the talent trends of target company and competitors.
? 收集、分析行业人才状况，了解目标公司和竞争对手人员动态；
? Improve the talent selection and trainee project to meet the company’s requirement
? 完善公司人才选拔方案和储备生机制，满足公司的人才需求；
? Be responsible for the whole recruitment process i.e. job requirement clarification, job posting, screening CVs and short-listing of candidates, interviewing candidates together with line managers in an effective way to make comment, etc.
? 负责整个招聘流程，包括职位要求梳理，职位发布，筛选简历并做初筛，与直线经理一同面试并提出建议等
? Develop and maintain the talent assessment tool to assist the recruitment
? 开发和维护公司的人才测评工具，辅助招聘工作。
? Analysis recruitment effect periodically, optimize recruitment procedure, improve recruitment effect.
? 定期进行招聘效果分析，优化招聘流程，提升招聘效率
? Other daily work assigned by superior.
? 主管安排的其他日常工作

Requirement
? Bachelor degree or above and major in Human Resource is preferred
? 本科以上学历，人力资源专业优先
? 5 years of recruitment experience in automotive field or manufacturing industry
? 5年以上人才汽车行业或制造行业招聘经验
? Expert in common interview method and related knowledge of Human Resource, familiar with the national and local labor laws and regulations
? 掌握常用的面试方法和人力资源相关知识，熟悉国家和地方的相关劳动法律法规；
? Working experiences in headhunter company would be a plus
? 有猎头公司工作经验的优先
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
? 英文听说读写流利
? Excellent communicate skills
? 良好的沟通技能
? A good team member, able to work under high pressure

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family. We design, engineer and manufacture gearboxes, axial flux motors and its own in house designed inverters making them one ofthe few complete Powertrain drive system suppliers in the world. OPT’s strong presence in existing markets gives us the ability to leverage these relationships with itsaxial flux motors and inverters increasing the platform value 2-3x over gearboxes alone.
