Responsible for one or more accounts through multiple stations. Provide inside office coordination and outside sales
Build up excellent relationships with all accounts as assigned
Retain all the existing business of the accounts
Closely follow up market trend and work out new solutions to fit customer expectation
Develop company accounts to generate new business
Take ownership of all the bids, RFQs, RFIs, SOPs, service proposals, business meetings, presentations, system / process training, and money collection related to the accounts with the support from our other teams
Responsible for a wide range of development projects focusing on improvement of air, ocean and trucking solutions
Responsible to feed cluster offices with operation process and tools to ensure performance improvement
Other jobs assigned by line manager
EDUCTION & TRAINING
Bachelor’s degree or above
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
+5 years of management experience in international forwarding companies.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Must read, write, and communicate fluently in Mandarin & English
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point
Good Communication skills
Self motivated
Good adaptability reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges
Ability to expresses ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and writing, willing participates, listens and seek advices of others, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and clients
Passionate on sales
