职位描述
工作职责:
1. 从中国供应商、上海工厂和无锡工厂采购零件。Purchase spare parts from local suppliers, SHA and WUX factories.
2. 负责对产品的询价、谈判、采购订单等。Responsible for parts price inquiry, negotiation, purchasing orders, etc.
3. 按MRP下达采购订单。Purchase parts according to MRP advice.
4. 跟踪供应商交货期及不符情况。Investigate, follow-up and resolve parts lead time and discrepancy with suppliers.
5. 协同财务负责安排向供应商付款。Collaborate with finance for suppliers' payment.
6. 掌控库存总量、安全库存和最小起订量的设定。Ensure good inventory level, safety stock and MOQ settings.
7. 与上海，无锡工厂及集团采购等部门密切配合。Participate of the purchasing synergies between SHA & WUX factories, Group Sourcing and spare parts department.
任职资格:
1. 大专以上学历，机电专业优先考虑。University degree or above, Mechnical & Electrical disciplines are prefered. 2. 1年以上采购工作经验。At least 1 year working experience in purchasing.
3. 良好的英语听说读写能力。Good English skill both oral and writing.
4. 具备良好的人际关系、沟通和自我管理能力。Excellent interpersonal, communication and self-management skills.
