岗位职责：
1. 及时审核并创建公司业务相关主数据（包含且不限于客户、价格、协议等业务主数据）。
2. 根据公司的政策要求与流程、定期审核并维护公司业务主数据的完整性和准确性，并做好主数据的管理与备份。
3. 定期对公司业务主数据进行分析并制定报表，到公司管理层有效的数据参考与决策依据。
4. 积极主动的进行跨团队沟通，确保主数据的准确性和业务需求的匹配度。
5. 对日常销售类合同的有效性与完整性定期监督，并以（周/月）报形式向上汇报。
6. 对公司所有业务类合同（包含且不限于销售合同、合作协议、价格协议等）进行管理与归档，并按（周/月）进行核查。
7. 作为主要窗口，对接来自国外总部的任何关于跨国客户/业务信息及时发布于反馈（包含且不限于国际客户合作协议，价格协议，业务数据查询等），并定期与国外总部对接窗口开展例会。
8. 积极主动的承担主数据管理与合同管理的工作流程，持续优化主数据的系统管理功能。
9. 上级主管分派的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历
2. 4-5年主数据维护和合同管理工作经验
3. 熟悉SAP主数据和SD模块的结构逻辑，熟悉CRM,C4C等其他客户管理系统
4. 熟练使用各类办公软件 ,精通Excel，具备一定的数据处理和分析能力。
5. 有良好的学习能力，有良好的服务意识,有良好的逻辑思维和沟通技巧，善于时间管理并有一定的抗压能力,具有团队精神
6. 英语四级以上，良好的英文听说读写能力。
Responsibilities
1. Create customer master data in SAP and C4C timely and accurately according to Baluff master data standard process
2. Create price information in SAP and C4C timely and accurately according to Baluff price management process
3. Timely track and manage the maintenance of system prices to ensure the effectiveness of system prices
4. Maintain the master data of system customers regularly to ensure the accuracy of master data and the matching degree of business requirements
5. Monitor and manage the accuracy of application data of sales team according to master data quality requirements
6. Manage the notices from the German headquarter about GKA customer agreement and price
7. Manage the annual contracts and agreements of customers
8. Continuously optimize master data management process and system master data management function
9. Regular master data report making and backup management
10. The other task assigned by supervisor
11. Communicate with internal partner to get the necessary information with internal partner to get the necessary inforrmation based on the master data processes .
Profile of Candidate
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 4-5 years experience in master data maintenance and contract management
3. Familiar with SAP master data and SD module structure logic, familiar with CRM,C4C and other customer management systems
4. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint or other related software,especially for Excel ,have the data process and analysis ability
5. Quick learner , have sense of customer orientation ,good logical thinking and communication skill,be good at time management and ability to work under pressure, team-work spirit
6. CET 4 or above, be good at reading , listening ,written,spoken English.
