职位描述

Job Description:
- Setting yearly customer new business plan and support to create yearly Business plan
制定年度新客户业务计划,并支持制定年度业务计划
-Develop new activities with our clients (new products range) and develop new clients
开发新客户,或为已有客户开发新产品品类
- Develop businesses by offer clients RFQ
接收并答复客户之RFQ
- Define targets prices
定义报价项目之目标价格
- Build best selling prices respecting Group financial criteria
在满足集团财务指标的前提下,建立销售价格体系
- Develop / secure commercial relationship with clients
开发并维持与客户的关系
-Innovation promotion to customers and tech-day organization
向客户和技术部门进行创新推广
-cost review target setting for the quotation teams
为报价团队设定成本审核目标
-Money collection support for Project & plant sales team
为项目和工厂销售团队提供资金支持

职位要求:
Job Requirements:
1、本科及以上学历;
Bachlor degree or above;
2、5年以上汽车零部件商务经验,有市场分析的能力;
5 years business experiences in Auto Industry;
3、熟悉报价流程,可以直接给客户报价;
Be familiar with RFQ process;
4、内部和外部的人际关系(客户),熟悉主机厂和TIER 1客户的开发流程,良好谈判和沟通技巧;尤其是TOYOTA 或者 MITSUBISHI或者TIER1客户如FAURECIA, PANASONIC,KOSTAL, DENSO等经验者优先,
Customer resource of OEM and Tier 1 and familiar with quoting and developing procedure, especially for Toyota or MITSUBISHI or Tier 1 customer such as FAURECIA, PANASONIC,KOSTAL, DENSO, etc.,
5、.具有基本的财务知识, 了解IRR,EBITDA,payback等专用术语。
Basic financial knowledge, familiar with IRR, EBITDA, payback, etc.,
6、熟悉塑料件产品及产品成本分析能力;
Familar plastic products and having the analysis ability of product cost
7、熟练的英文书写和口头表达能力,同时会日文者更佳;
-Good communication skills with English, Japanese is preferred also.
8、有驾照可以驾驶;
Can drive the car
9、能适应经常出差。
Can take business trip fluently
