重点：有汽车行业电子件采购经验
岗位职责：
支持、影响并执行集团及区域采购策略和流程；
与各区域集团公司就区域采购事宜提供定期、清晰的交流；
根据需求并在区域运营公司的要求下进行Make vs. Buy分析；对批准的区域供应商进行来源分析及数据库管理；
原材料成本和趋势跟踪，必要时进行预测评估；
协助开发商开发流程，确保内外部能对主要产品进行采购市场研究，以支持当地及区域公司的需要；
满足集团资源分析和数据库管理要求；审核、分析数据，并进行合同谈判，且与全球战略采购部授权保持一致；
履行区域战略要求，在预算限制、权限范围内，与区域运营公司合作；
如必要，代表中国区全球战略采购部，以支持本地、区域和集团采购活动。
任职要求：
有全球采购和战略采购工作经验者优先；
熟悉电子件、树脂、塑料件、电镀件工作经验者优先；
积极主动，有较强的进取心和团队精神，工作认真，责任心强，抗压性强；


授予相关专业学士学位，最低大学本科；
获得相关资格认证者优先；
相关行业最低五年采购或工程经验；
了解供应商开发原则和汽车质量体系及要求（即IATF 16949）。
具有战略行动和行为能力，为战略业务讨论和发展做出有意义的贡献。
较强的谈判技巧，具备国际贸易规则和条例的工作知识。
能够阅读、分析和解释一般商业期刊、专业期刊、技术程序或政府法规。
能够有效地向供应商提供信息和回答管理层提出的问题。
优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力。
必要时需国内外出差。
SUMMARY


Support the development and implementation of Group Regional procurement Strategies and processes with the objective of minimizing total business costs



CRITICAL ACTIVITIES (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)

Support, influence and execute Group and Regional Procurement strategies and processes

Provide regular, clear communication with Regional Group companies and Suppliers regarding Regional Procurement Activities.

Make vs Buy analysis as required and with the support of regional operating companies

Source profiling and database management for approved Regional Suppliers.

Raw material cost and trend tracking including forecasts as required.

Assist in the Supplier Development process to ensure success internally/externally

Purchasing research for key commodities/products to support the local, regional and Group requirements Source profiling and database management

Review, analyze and negotiate contracts, consistent with the authorized GSP and Regional and regional strategy, within budgetary limitations, scope of authority and collaboratively with regional operating companies

Represent the Regional GSP as appropriate to support local, regional, and Group Procurement activities.



QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum Bachelor's degree with a relevant Major, from accredited college or university.

Appropriate professional certification is preferred but not required.

Minimum FIVE years Purchasing or Engineering in A RELEVANT industry

Exposure to Supplier Development principles and automotive quality systems and requirements (i.e. IATF 16949).

Ability to act and behave strategically and in doing so contribute meaningfully to strategic business discussion and development.

Strong Negotiation skills, including a working knowledge of international trade rules and regulations.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to write reports and business correspondence for Senior Management review.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management TO SUPPLIERS.

Excellent written and Verbal Mandarin and English.

Free to travel regionally and internationally on an as required basis.
