At SILVERSEA Containers we are looking for a Junior Operations(操作专员) to join our Operations & Supply Team.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL ...
- Contact suppliers for container stock, depots and pick up availability
- Contact transportation companies to organize empty container transportation - Communicate with clients to know their container pickup needs and organize with depots to meet established dates
- Generate and send to customers the necessary information and documentation
- Ensure operations are executed in an environment that complies with Silversea vision and way of working
- Provide focused feedback loops for managers based on good communication and updated quality data.
- Make sure all the Logistic processes are followed and are up to the quality and company standards

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES THAT DEMONSTRATE
- 1 or 2 years of experience and understanding in logistics and operations is useful
- Degree in related field is considered an advantage but not a requirement
- Fluent English (REQUIRED), other languages are a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - High customer focus
- Excellent communication, listening, and teamwork - Enthusiasm, drive and a can-do attitude
