主要职责-列出主要工作任务 Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:
-Handling daily MRP issues, release plan orders to suppliers in time and correctly, follow up and control the delivery time and qty, deal with any problems may occurred and keep relevant people informed 处理日常MRP操作，准确及时将订单发至供应商，协调跟踪订单交货情况，监控供应商发货时间及数量，及时处理相关异常情况并反馈给相关人员 -
Responsible for material planning, coordinate, push and track especially missing materials and ensure non-interruption in production and also control available stock，following ECN/release change ,avoid E&O 负责物料计划，尤其跟踪协调缺失物料，确保生产所需并有效控制库存，跟踪变更预防呆滞料
-Follow up the imported and exported orders, and coordinate with delivery issues in efficient air/sea shipments 跟踪进出口订单情况，协调安排空海运发货事宜
-Check the estimate delivery time of signed order, future big project, and coordinate with the relevant colleague or customer 对于已签订单或潜在大项目核查预计交货期，并与相关人员/客户协调
-Make, maintain and follow up monthly forecast planning and stock orders, adjust and update safety stock, lot size for purchasing and production items 每月制定及维护批量产品的计划及预测，及时更新安全库存及采购/生产批量
-Do analysis of monthly backlog, coordinate to realize monthly delivery target, and deadline control for some special situations 分析月未发货订单情况，协调完成月发货指标
-Evaluate, educate and manage supplier to optimize supplier delivery performance 评价，培训，管理供应商，降低供应商交付绩效
-Plan and review ERP parameter and update. 定期检查和更新ERP计划参数
-React if problem relevant with material. 与材料相关的应急响应. 直属上级交给的其他临时任务Other temporary task arranged by direct supervisor

学历与经验Education and Experience:
˙专科以上学历，理工科专业，3年以上制造型企业的计划工作经验 Bachelor Degree Above with 3 years planning experience in industry fields
˙具有高度的责任心及良好的沟通协调能力，能承担较大的工作压力Be with high responsibility and good teamwork player, can work under great pressure
˙良好的计算机操作能力，熟悉ERP系统 Good PC skill，be familiar with ERP system

英纳法上海工厂位于上海市嘉定工业区，自2015年起连续多年蝉联嘉定区、嘉定工业区两级先进制造业金奖。上海工厂目前拥有成熟的独立天窗装配线8条，玻璃包边线4条。目前工厂总人数500人，截至2020年销售额已达25亿人民币，截至2021年底年产能70万台天窗，平均每2分钟便可下线交付一台天窗给客户。我们的主要客户包括大众、通用、福特、吉利、捷豹路虎等主流车企。2022年上海工厂二期厂房即将投入建设。

Inalfa China is headquartered in Pudong, Shanghai, and has wholly-owned companies in Jiading, Yantai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Beijing and Changchun. Inalfa group has set up a technology development center in China, leading the technological innovation of skylight in South Korea, Japan, China and Southeast Asia, and is making great contributions to the automotive industry by providing products with excellent quality and performance.

Inalfa Shanghai factory is located in Jiading Industrial Zone, Shanghai. Since 2015, it has won the gold medal of advanced manufacturing industry in Jiading District and Jiading Industrial Zone for many years. At present, Shanghai factory has 8 mature independent skylight assembly lines and 4 glass edging lines. At present, the factory has a total number of 500 people. By 2020, the sales volume has reached 2.5 billion yuan. By the end of 2021, the annual production capacity is 700000 skylights. On average, one skylight can be delivered offline to customers every two minutes. Our main customers include Volkswagen, GM, Ford, Geely, Jaguar Land Rover and other mainstream car companies. The second phase plant of Shanghai factory will be put into construction in 2022.
