EXPONDO is looking for the financial accountant.
The objective of filling the position is the independent management of the accounting of one or more of EXPONDO's affiliated companies - Shanghai, Hangzhou and Guangzhou. In addition to the operational day-to-day tasks, this also includes intercompany coordination and the preparation of annual financial statements.
The aim is to raise earnings potential to maximize returns while minimizing risks for shareholders and investors and to design an efficient and effective basic commercial organization with a high degree of digitization and automation.
In detail, the main tasks of the future job holder include:
a. independent account assignment and posting of current business transactions for accounts receivable, accounts payable and G/L accounting as well as the associated account reconciliations and account clarifications
b. Monitoring and processing of payment transactions
c. Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
e. Support with internal reporting and statistical reporting
f. Participation in the continuous optimization and automation of processes in finance
g. Participation in the introduction of a new accounting software
h. Preparation of IIT, VAT returns and cooperation income tax returns
i. Cooperation with auditors and tax consultants
j. Other

CANDIDATE PROFILE
The candidate has successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and also has relevant professional experience and solid knowledge in financial accounting (status "professional").
Extensive knowledge of VAT law is absolutely required.
User knowledge in a marketable ERP system and experience in dealing with online payment systems are an advantage. It is planned to introduce a new ERP system (presumably Net Suite from Oracle) throughout the Group in the near future.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting in a medium-sized company or group structure and be a specialist before a generalist.
A deeper, good computer skills with a focus on Excel should be available.
The candidate should be characterized by a "self" starter mentality and be able to work independently and with a certain perseverance and necessary assertiveness in even the smallest team unit purpose fully drive things forward.

? At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting
? Has a good knowledge of accounting.
? Is able to carry out the implementation of monthly financial monitoring and reporting as well as the continuous monitoring of deviations in the investment companies
? Has independently carried out the operational tasks in the financial accounting of a medium-sized group structure
