Objectives 主要职责

电气高级工程师为防爆保护设备开发技术解决方案并建立文档。并把完整的项目管理作为职责的一部分。包括项目投标报价和执行阶段。在项目获得前，支持销售进行报价、技术支持及可行性研究。当项目获得后，负责项目实施并确保所有对工厂和客户的文档及时有效地创建。以透明的方式确保技术需求和应用以及客户期望得到满足。

安排工厂验收测试，处理与第三方审核查有关的沟通事项，负责设备最终验收测试。

在工程中心各个功能部门之间发挥关键的衔接作用。与制造中心密切合作，确保产品通过***流程生产并满足质量管理的要求。

支持工程中心实施应用新的技术，侧重于各种隔爆型解决方案，也包括正压吹扫控制及防爆人机界面等解决方案。

了解公司可用于防爆危险区域的产品，为初级工程师提供帮助和支持。

Qualification 任职资格 :

? University degree in electrical control engineering电气控制工程专业大学学历

? Proven working years experiences in electrical automation Industry 具备电气自动化工业领域的工作经验

? Familiar with CAD systems for mechanical and electrical and design 熟悉CAD制图及机械、电气控制设计

? Experience in electrical explosion protection equipment will be a plus 具备电气防爆知识经验为佳

? Experience in manufacturing and engineering of electrical explosion proof solutions or a professional design experience is preferred 具有电气防爆解决方案的制造及工程经验或专业设计经验为佳

? Knew well Automation and Power Distrubution Systems 了解自动化控制及电气分配系统

Tasks and responsibilities 具体工作职责

? Engineering of solutions ensuring safety critical and certification requirements are met 确保电气解决方案符合安全及认证需要

? Support Sales Team with quotations and technical feasibility studies 支持销售团，协助提供报价和可行性研究

? Creation and maintenance of Master Drawings and templates for standard solutions 为标准解决方案创建和维护图库和模板

? Maintenance of raw material master in order to allow production of modular solutions 维护原材料主数据并用于模块化生产

? Preparation and implementation of new technologies into production as well as prototype runs 实施新的应用技术在产品及原型开发中

? Ensure smooth handover of solutions into production 确保解决方案可以顺畅地移交到生产线

? Setup and review of raw material master in order to shorten lead times and increase margins 设置和审查原材料主数据，旨在缩短交货期并增加公司的利润
