工作职责:

Summary

Be a leader on technical proposal team, work together with sales to acquire order, responsible on technical solution proposal in terms of layout, scope of supply, supplier list and cost estimation. To be a technical bridge between engineering design team and customer after the order.

Duties and Responsibilities

Start from customer approach up to project engineering approval

Work out the technical proposal and cost estimation, according to customer’s RFQ

Assure the proposal quality in terms of technical competitiveness and feasibility

Assure the cost estimation quality in terms of definiteness and correctness

Analyze the project opportunity & risk

Control supplier quotation

Support engineering team in concept design phase

Consolidate assembly process after order

Keep relations with customers

Support proposal engineer make the presentation to Customer

Supervise the proposal quality in terms of technical competitiveness and feasibility

Supervise the cost estimation quality in terms of definiteness and correctness

Supervise the proposal timing in terms of quick response and deliverable on time

Give the training for proposal engineers

任职资格:

At least 5 years’ experience dedicated on battery module and pack assembly proposal or process, such as ME job

Well know about the battery module and pack assembly machines, process and in-process test method

Proficient presentation and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business required

Travel based on project priorities and customer / supplier "location"s.
