职位描述
Responsibility
1. Responsible for direct management of customer accounts activities, i.e., proactively secure receiving monthly forecasts, consistent with negotiated sales contracts, as well as seeking out opportunities to increase revenue .
2. Contribute to sales revenue budget and forecasting reporting/analysis in close alignment with sales staff. Report signaled deviations.
3. Order entry processing including sales order confirmations, inventory availability & reconciliation to accounts receivable. Update MRP in ERP system for Manufacturing and Procurement departments as customer orders are received and /or changed. Process any change orders and review customer backlog reports for accuracy. Advise Customers of potential changes to delivery commitments. Take care of the APAC order desk and support global order desk when needed.
4. Combine supply chain and commercial skills to achieve accurate and timely delivery commitments.
5. Acts as local support for the complaint meeting/process, and proactively drive for solutions by working with relevant colleagues.
6. Coordinates customer’s special requests tied to orders, i.e., certificates, MSDS, packing, and shipping needs (scheduled truck pick-up, HUB deliveries, and container shipments, international shipping and freight forwarders to ensure on time receipt of material to customer).
7. Logistic support of the Application Technology Lab.
8. Works with Finance to resolve customer pricing disputes. Monitor receipt of material to ensure on time payments. Investigate and reconcile possible caused related to late payments.
9. Manage signed Contract and Agreements to ensure proper billing occurs for Milestone, Licenses fees, signing payments and that customers receive correct pricing.
10. Train sales staff regarding Sales and Marketing SOP’s for use of ERP/CRM system. Take out as this is done by our key user in EUR (i.e. senior M&SC).
11. Routinely audit assigned accounts to maintain the integrity of the ERP system address book. This includes an assurance that all inactive accounts are suspended and that all pricing agreements are active and linked to the appropriate accounts.
12. Participate in special projects to support personal, departmental, designated Business segment and corporate goals.
13. Marcom: In charge of the Marcom activities in China: Maintain Wechat bi-weekly update and monitor the followers, maintain the DAS website and follow up the leads, support commercial team to hold online webinar; Main contact and coordinator for the exhibitions/seminars such as SNEC, manage the booth set up and arrangement;
14. Administrative assistant: management assistant for regional business manager and visitors, support team travel and team meeting/events;
Knowledge and educational level
1.Bachelor Degree in Business and/or equivalent work experience in required field.
2.Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM)
3.Required knowledge of ERP system of sales and distribution module such as: sales order and delivery functions, invoicing, credits/debits and return goods processes. Asset knowledge in ERP system of production planning, material management, inventory management and logistics (i.e., freight, batch quantities. Cost savings and sales)
