职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Responsible for coordinate and support various spare parts projects for service business in China.
2. Responsible for implementation of spare parts projects. Defines milestones, resource requirements and work packages. Coordinates the related China Service teams to develop the projects that optimize the key indicators associated with spare parts management.
3. Ensures the defined targets are implemented efficiently and cost effectively. And resolves problems that may arise during the implementation.
4. Prepares regular status updates and reports in recurring progress review meetings. Prepares detailed updates for the relevant Committee.
5. Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge of the elevator industry, the company products, and processes. Includes maintaining a strong understanding of TKE and its mission and objectives, ethical standards, and code of conduct.
6. Responsible for management and implementation of Service temporary projects.
7. Other assignments from direct superior.
Background:
1. Background (Education, working experience, language, and skills).
2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in logistics including distribution and inventory management. Proven experience in project management or consulting in similar business topics, with experience in the development and rollout of ERP system logistics aspects.
3. Good English communication.
4. Proficient in MS Office WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc. Experience in digital cataloguing, inventory management, and logistics planning systems required.
5. Good communication skill and teamwork; Details-oriented.
6. Be good at solving relevant problems happen in operations.
