Main Purpose 职位概述:

 

This position is responsible for incoming inspection, mold, spare parts inspection and Internal Errors related work in AMS Shanghai.

本职位主要负责模具厂的进料检验、模具和零配件检验及相关质检,质量体系和内部错误追踪改善工作。

 

 

Main Tasks/Responsibilities 主要责任:

 

Incoming inspection 进料检验:

• Raw material 原材料:

  • Check COA  检查COA证书和管理存档

  • Key dimension  关键尺寸检验管理和结论结论管理

  • Grade -> spot check with external lab if necessary;

           材料等级 à 如有需要，联系第三方实验室抽检；

• Goods and service from external suppliers 外供产品及服务：

  • Heating treatment 热处理产品硬度检验和结论管理

  • Outing Sourcing Parts etc. 外加工部件等来料检验和结论管理

 

Mold inspection/spare part order/stock orders:

 

模具检验/零配件检验/库存备件检验：

• Generate the inspection plans in the TIG system 在数据库系统内建立检验计划;  

• Final inspection of the mold / spare parts / stock parts dimensions; 模具、配件、备件等尺寸终检；

• Task of the check according to AMS production plan, and cooperate with the execution of  

  production tasks with some times of the necessary overtime;检验按照AMS的生产计划合理安排，

  必要的加班配合生产任务的执行；

• Documentation of the mold inspection 准时记录检验结果，生成检测报告；

• Export and file related test reports and documentation；准时输出检测报告并归档到对应项目； 

   

 Mold manufacturing quality control模具制造过程控制:

• Inspection of the part meanwhile ongoing production产品生产过程检控;

• Implementation of the first part inspection/workflow 执行首件检验;

• Documentation of the inspections 准时记录并生成检测报告和结论

 

 

 

 

Miscellaneous 其他事项:

• Internal error Records and analyses 内部错误记录分析;

• Management and annual measurement AMS’s tools and yearly calibration

       管理和执行模具厂所有测量设备及年度校验；

• Measurement tools management in AMS work shop;

       管理模具生产车间检测设备；

• Export QA report for inspected product from QA system 产品检测报告生成及归档;

• Co-ordination with AMS manufacture colleagues for the mold / part inspections 协助模具厂同事检验产品.
