As we now undergoing aggressive and rapid business growth in China, we seek a qualified, and motivated Junior Accountant to join us in Jiading, Shanghai. Key Responsibilities
1) Accurately and timely issue VAT invoices and commercial invoices in Golden Tax system for Medical and Sunshine customers. Purchase invoice from tax bureau.
2) Prepare monthly delivery/sales report with invoice Number and customer payment status.
3) Prepare AR collection in ERP.
4) Prepare monthly AR overdue report.
5) Online report to SAFE on foreign currency received.
6) Arrange monthly supplier payment and the miscellaneous/staff claim in E-banking.
7) Prepare monthly Cash & Bank reconciliation.
8) Refresh all types of the Business Licenses and pass the Enterprise joint annual inspection.

Qualifications
1) College Degree Major in Finance and Accounting or equivalent;
2)More than 2-years work experience in MNC
3) Experience with ERP preferred.

1) Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.
2) Good team spirit, honest and strong sense of responsibility.
3) Resourceful and able to work independently.
4) Fluent English and Mandarin in both written and oral.
