Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supplier development and approvals for precision machining products / new suppliers
- Comprehensive project management experience, support cost evaluation and cost optimizing on various products, including but not limited to machining products
- Quality issue investigation and failure analyses
- R&D support for new product development with machining expertise
- Support cost-efficient design development
- Support R&D for related specifications
- General supplier development and approval tasks

Requirements:
- Min. 5 years machining experience (milling, turning, grinding, superfinishing) in manufacturing enterprise, is able to compile/review product machining process (incl. CNC)
- Familiar with engineering drawings and technical rules/international standards
- Knowledge and skills in product testing and validation
- Experience in quality control and assurance
- Project management experience preferred
- Marine engine knowledge of advantage
