主要职责范围：
- 财务会计
- 管理会计
- 税务会计
- 其他

主要职责：
- 监督进账收入,分析付款承诺，以确保及时履行所有财务责任。
- 维护总账，分析核对账目,准备工资表，确保及时缴税，以及其它任务。
- 升级会计系统，并建立相关的内部管控制度。
- 准备财务报表、趋势报告、财务预估及其它分析报表。
- 研究税务制度，及时向管理层通知相关税法的变更。
- 提供会计建议，以帮助管理层制定相关的政策和计划。
- 与采购部门及财务管理部门人员沟通，以确保及时收付货款、及时操作订单。
- 与其他部门协调，发现隐藏的问题，以及减少成本、提升质量和效率、降低风险的机会。
- 协助制定和完善关键绩效指标。
- 总监分配的其他工作。

任职要求：
- 学士学位
- 5年以上会计经验
- 了解国际会计准则
- 较强的数学能力和分析能力
- 全面掌握会计理论
- 目前住在中国
- 英语熟练
- 良好的书面沟通技巧
- 注重细节
- 高度组织性
- 很强的控制时间的能力
- 积极主动，能在极少监督的环境下自主工作

Position: Senior Accountant
Start Date: Immediate hire
Location: Shanghai, China
Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Financial Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Tax Accounting
- Others
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor receipt of income and analyze financial commitments to ensure all financial obligations are being met in a timely manner.
- Maintain general ledgers, analyze and reconcile accounts, prepare payrolls, ensure timely tax payments, and other tasks.
- Upgrade accounting system and set up relevant internal controls.
- Prepare financial statements, trend reports, forecasts, and other analyses.
- Conduct tax research and inform management of relevant changes in tax legislation.
- Provide accounting insight to assist management in the formulation of strategies and plans.
- Communicate with staff in procurement and account management departments to ensure timely payments and order processing.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify potential problems and opportunities for cost reductions, quality and efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
- Assist in formulating and refining key performance metrics.
- Other tasks as assigned by Director.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Exposure to international accounting standards
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting theory
- Currently living in China
- Proficient in English
- Good written communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organized
- Strong time-management skills
- Proactive, with the ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong work ethic
- Integrity
