职位：资深培训顾问

Position: Senior Training Consultant

直接汇报对象：企业内训部负责人/副总裁

Reporting Line: Team Leader /VP

主要职责：

Responsibilities：
1、开发新客户，挖掘客户潜在培训需求，并参与需求调研与诊断分析；

Develop new clients and business; find out potential needs of business; and participate in demand research and diagnostic analysis;

2、结合客户的需求点及现有师资，迅速制定有针对性的方案及报价，并与客户达成共识；

Identify customized solutions and quotation to meet the request outlined by client feedback, finally reach an agreement;

3、组织培训实施，确保客户满意度；

Organize the training projects and ensure that all projects are delivered with high quality;

4、提供培训评估报告，建立客户的培训档案，向客户提供后续的培训建议，寻求长期合作；

Provide training evaluation report; establish the client’s training portfolios; and provide follow-up suggestions to build up long-term cooperation;

5、参与团队分享，指导助理培训顾问的工作；引进行业资源，与讲师保持良好沟通；

Organize share meetings and share experience and ideas with team members as well as other colleagues; coach assistant training consultant; introduce new trainers and other resources of the industry; Establish good relationship with trainers;
6、了解公司其他产品，销售公司的其他产品，实现跨部门产品的销售和合作。

任职资格：

Qualifications：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销/管理/人力资源/英语/心理学专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing /Management /Human Resource /English /Psychology preferred;

2、两年以上培训销售工作经验；

2 years of relevant experience in training solution selling or consulting, or a similar position in training companies;

3、熟练运用office等办公软件，精通PowerPoint制作、Word排版、Excel运用等；

Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills;

4、善于沟通和分析，有一定沟通及销售技巧，能够准确抓住客户的需求点，并迅速反应；

Excellent communication skills and good at analytical thinking abilities are required, with strong business acumen; being able to precisely grasp the needs of clients and quick response to them at very first time;

5、善于思考和学习，对于培训及咨询有浓厚兴趣，愿意长期从事培训咨询工作。
