1.1 Operation
? Support to define operation criteria and standard/KPI
? Support the regular inspection of the stations
? Mystery check
? Handle customer complains
? Define customer complain and hotline process
? Follow up and fix problems
? Support the sign off stations and quality check
? Support the backend operation ( IT vendor will do the system operation)
? Track and monitor customer orders
? Monitor promotion campaign and customer feedback
? Analysis of charging behavior and optimize network planning
? Maintenance (backend / App / Venue / Facility. etc.)
? Interface to CPO

1.2 Promotion & Revenue
? Support the charging station promotion plan to increase utilization rate
? Support to define customer service package
? Align with JV for customer promotion related topics
? Work out detail revenue scheme
? Monitor revenue
? Support the business case calculation
? Improve the revenue to compensate investments
? Support management presentation

Qualification：
? 3 years+ business operation experience
? CPO(充电运营商) experience is a plus
? Consulting firm experience is a plus
? Fluent in English
