Based on company operating needs, MPS is recruiting employees for the onsite management. working location will be assigned based on the project.
Responsibilities and tasks:
-Participate in the design and purchasing phases. Assistant in the government related documents application.
- Manage the project team Ensure the project are working to the company procedures, project specifications, standards and codes;
- Make the cost, quality, time and safety control of assigned project;
- Check and Supervise GC’s work drawings and construction activities to make sure all work complies with specification and Chinese codes or Client required quality standards
- Review regularly the performance of Project management team members, prepare and approve external or internal project reports prior to release;
- Have good Coordination and Communication, good relation with Clients and contractors ;
- Review the VO submitted by GC
- Other work assigned by Company
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in CSA /MEP engineering or relevant engineering discipline
- 7+ years PM work experience and preferably with experiences in foreign engineering company
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Familiar with Code and standard, regulation, and its implementation.
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written)
- Excellent English skills, German will be a plus;
- Sufficient computer skills CAD and so on;
- This position requires to be stationed on site.
