助理采购工程师  1名  (assistant Sourcing Engineer）

1.理工科大专以上学历，大学英语4级以上；

Major in Mechanical Engineering or related field, CET-4 or above;

2.1年以上机械行业工作经验；有采购经验优先;

Minimum 1 years work experience in mechanical industry, with experience of Sourcing is preferable;

3.良好的沟通能力和团队精神，积极主动，能独立思考, 面对困难不轻易放弃;

Good communication skill and teamwork spirit，be proactive and independent, never give up in face of difficulties;

4.愿意经常出差。

 Be willing to travel often.

  岗位职责：

1. 日常工作/daily work

严格按照QMS, 规范工作程序。

Follow QMS and work in regulated procedure.

准备零件的技术资料，确认中文版本译文的准确性，并检查用于供应商的现有文件是否正确、完整；                                              Prepare technical data of parts，insure veracity of Chinese version and check accuracy and integrality of files that sent to supplier；                                    

根据需要及时更新技术资料，并将更新文件发送给供应商并通知检验员使用更新文件；

Update technical data in time，send the updated file to supplier and inform QC to consult the updated file；

确保原始检验报告、样品检验报告和订单检验报告的及时存档；                    

Insure that Original Test Report、Sample Test Report and Order Test Report be saved in time；

根据零件管理需要及时提供并更新ERP所需信息；                                     

Supply ERP data according requirement；                                                                     

为新零件寻找合适的供应商，并报小组主管审核确认；                               

Search suitable suppliers for parts, and report to supervisor；

向供应商发送报价所需最新的技术资料，跟进并确认供应商报价时间；                                                                  

Send new technical data of quotation to supplier，follow supplier to gain the detail of quotation；

向供应商发送新产品所需最新的技术资料，确保供应商已准备好相应生产条件；       

Send new technical data of parts to supplier，insure that supplier have prepared all conditions for production；

跟进样品出样；                                                          

Follow the producing process of sample；

确认合适的量具及检验方法；                                              

Settle suitable inspection tool and inspection method；

对检验员进行必要的技术支持；                                              

 Support QC on necessary technique； 

维护供应商资料；                                                        

Maintain the data of supplier；

根据小组主管或部门经理的安排，协助其他工程师履行指定的工作事项；

According to dept. manager’s or supervisor’s arrangement，assist other engineers to fulfil appointed work。

2．其它：公司调配其它任务。
