1. 监督工程的具体运作以保证将来能够正常运作。Review the detailed engineering of specific projects to ensure that it will meet future operation needs；

2. 监控设备在施工期间的安装，在试运行期间和准备期间的安装。Supervise the installation and commission of equipment during construction, commissioning and pre-operation phase to ensure smooth start-up of plant；

3. 准备ISO9001和ISO14000的认证的执行。Preparation of ISO9001 and ISO14000 certification implementation；

4. 筛选专业的维修服务承包商。Qualify and select a professional maintenance service subcontractor；

5.准备和谈判维修服务合同。Prepare and negotiate maintenance service contracts；

6. 按照合同执行程序。Formulate the executing procedure of all the contracts；

7. 建立和执行维修工作程序和维修计划，包括维修预防工作。负责CMMS软件的优化和使用。Establish & execute maintenance working procedure and heavy/light maintenance plan, including preventive maintenance; In charge of CMMS (software) utilization and optimization；

8. 保证设备的正常运作，促进生产量的增加。对主要设备进行定义，并执行和增加设备的可靠性。Ensure all equipment are running smoothly and contribute to increase production output; Define all the key equipment, follow and increase the reliability；

9. 建立和执行健康安全环保程序，稽核和改进员工工作。Establish and execute health-safety-environment procedure, audit and improve the action of all staff;

10. 控制和优化维修费用和员工保护设备的费用。提供适当和全面的维修费用分析报告Control and optimize maintenance budget and personal protection equipment expense; provide maintenance adequate and comprehensive reporting, with cost analysis；

11. 检查和维修消防系统、报警系统和安全系统。Check and maintain firefighting system, alarm system and security system;

12. 负责维修队伍的管理以及全体员工的健康安全环境工作的管理。Administer a maintenance team and the health-safety-environment of all staff;

13.  给每一个维修岗位下定义。Define the working requirement of every maintenance position；

14.监控和帮助承包人使他们符合公司的政策。Monitor and assist sub-contractors to meet legislation and company policy.

职位要求/Qualifications：

1、机械工程专业或电气自动化等本科专业；外企工作经验优先；

Bachelor degree or above in engineering (Mechanical or electrical automation control etc…) . Working experience in an international Company is preferred.

2、5年以上相关工作经验，3年以上主管工作经验，熟悉工业生产设备的维护方法和安全管理程序；

8 years related working experience in the industry , At least 3 year experience as supervisor. Knowledge of maintenance methods and safety manage procedures in industrial production installations

3、接受过TPM，维修管理，过程与安全培训；

Professional Qualifications/Training: TPM, Maintenance management, Process and Human Safety.

4、工程，维修，安全，英语，微软办公软件和AutoCAD, 熟悉可靠性工程方法和工具；

Excellent skills in: Engineering, maintenance, safety, English, Microsoft office and AutoCAD. Familiar with reliability engineering methodologies & tools.

5、具备领导能力，工作积极主动，具有团队合作精神，能在压力下工作；较强的问题解决能力和结果驱动能力。

In March 2003, SCIP SITA Waste Services Co., Ltd. (SCIP-SWS) was established as a joint venture between Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Development Company and SITA. SITA becomes a 100% owned subsidiary of Suez Environment since September 2008. Suez Environment, with a professional workforce of 161 000, is one of the largest environmental technology providers in the world. Suez Environment experts are transferring best practices and know-how in process engineering, operation and management.

2006年5月，上海化学工业区升达废料处理有限公司顺利通过了国家环保总局的专家评审，是上海取得国家环保总局颁发的危险废物经营许可证的单位，处理能力为60 000吨/年，拥有2条回转窑生产线，SCIP SWS的目标是24小时的连续操作并向客户提供全年不间断的有效接收。

In May 2006, SCIP SWS successful passed the audit from the experts of State Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and became the only one company who was certificated by SEPA in Shanghai. SCIP SWS operates a 60 000T/Y incineration plant with 2 identical incineration lines. Our goal is to provide 24 hours’ continuous operation and uninterrupted, year-round service for the reception of all acceptable wastes.

The plant has been designed to treat incoming waste of a wide cross-section of physical properties and packaging. To ensure a complete and seamless service cycle, the incineration plant is backed up by a first class laboratory and a fleet of special vehicles. Recognizing that the emission standard and degree of enforcement in Shanghai are improving and evolving rapidly, the SCIP SITA incinerator is equipped with an Off-gas Emission Control System designed to EU standards rather than the current national requirement in China. Meanwhile, our Energy Recover System helps reduce the consumption of natural resources such as gas, coal and oil, which is accordant to the principle of circular economy.
