Key Responsibility
主要职责

New product development and new technology research according to marketing and customer requirements.
根据市场和客户需求开发新产品和研究新技术。
Support product scale up in plant, and help production plant improve process technology to provide high qualified products to customer.
协助工厂进行产品中试和放大，并帮助工厂对生产工艺技术不断优化改进，为客户提供高质量的产品。
Participate in application development of new product, provide training to TCS, sales customer etc.
参与新产品的应用开发，并为销售、技术服务等相关部门提供技术培训。
Prepare product technical document.
编制产品技术资料
Participate in lab safety and 5S management
参与实验室安全和5S管理
Key Requirement
Good communication skill, understand customer requirement clearly
较好的沟通交流能力，能够清晰的理解客户需求
Bachelor/above degree in chemistry, polymer and organic science is preferred
化学相关专业，本科以上学历，优选高分子和有机化学专业
Working experience in chemical industry especially adhesives, sealant, coating is preferred
优选具有化学行业相关经验者，特别是胶粘剂、密封剂、涂料相关经验
