Job Description:
? Be familiar with imported cosmetics business, including conducting import plan, supplier management, etc.
? Coordinate with third party agent for Customs Clearance and transportation to ensure on time delivery and deal with issues and emergency if any. Provide solutions for exchange D/O, document entry, customs declaration and inspection, tax payment, customs inspection, commodity inspection, cargo transportation and warehousing problems.
? Timely review updated policy and requirement for imported cosmetics from customs and Market Supervision Administration, and analyze requirement changes for company under new policies.
? New product development, make import plans and proposal, sorting excel data regarding the compliant import of each product, import data for each brand, import precautions, label layout in Chinese and English, etc.
? Import agency reconciliation and settlement, including customs duties, value-added tax, customs declaration fees, agency fees, logistics fees, and port storage fees.
? Preview and sort out the customs clearance docs of imported cosmetics, and track the customs clearance status and arrival time. Send out all docs needed to the customs broker to ensure smooth clearance.
? Register the import waybill and other information, and coordinate with customs brokers to provide import declaration forms, release forms and health inspections timely.

Requirements
? About 3 years of experience in sea and air transportation import operations
? Familiar with the whole process of import operation, able to skillfully operate the shipping company and customs website, system customs declaration and inspection
? Experience in import ways and customs declaration methods for different types of goods.
? Good command of English, CET-4; able to read emails, import customs clearance documents, and write fluent emails in English.
? Proficient in office software
? Strong sense of responsibility, with good professional quality and professional ethics; with coordination and problem-solving ability and good team spirit
