In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

支持国际药妆品牌在中国制定医学战略，不断增强品牌科研心智。

维护品牌专业渠道合作伙伴，包括医学专家，DOL

帮助品牌了解和分析产品推广新路径和产品开发新趋势

Support establishing medical strategy for multinational Derma brand to build up strong and recognized derma brand credentials. Maintain local professional network and lead tailor-made communication towards ambassador(s), collaboration partners, professional opinion leader/expert panel, etc. Understand and analyze trends in medical & aesthetic fields to influence roadmap planning and innovation development

岗位目的是：

The purposes of this position are:

· 为专业人士开发有针对性的专业内容推广材料Develop and deliver tailor-made medical detailing & marketing assets for professional audience

· 和专业人士定期交流产品功效信息以及维护他们维护良好的合作关系Enhance scientific information exchange with key HCPs resulting in sustained relationship with them and their support to client products

· 支持专业活动（例如科室会，皮肤科年会，顾客交流会）Contribute to plan and execution of professional activities & events

· 帮助品牌了解和分析产品推广新路径和产品开发新趋势Collect trends and build insights in medical & aesthetic fields with analysis to strengthen medical strategy and roadmap

· 为内部和外部合作伙伴提供产品功效培训Support product trainings to both internal and external to bring strong professional and derma credentials

主要考核指标：

Main KPI tracking:

· 专业渠道客群维护Professional network management

· 专业内容产出包括患教资料，医教资料，专业研讨会资料Professional/Derma brand credentials incl. assets delivery, event management and market communication

Qualification:

· 大专以上学历，药学或者护理学Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine or nursing

· 活泼开朗，团队和企业家精神，敢担当Open-minded, passionate team player, entrepreneurial spirit, high sense of responsibility

· 超强沟通能力，学习能力强和结果导向Strong and clear communication skills; ability to learn quickly; results-oriented

· 流利英语表达能力为佳Fluent in English preferred
