The role of a assessor is to critically assess the environmental, health & safety, and labor conditions for workers in manufacturing settings across industries. Assessor will be expected to critically analyze facility practices against local laws, client codes of conduct, and best practices alone or under supervision of a lead or senior assessor.
评估员的职责是严格评估各个行业的生产环境、健康与安全以及工人的劳动条件。

Assessor is expected to meet Key Performance Targets related to report turnaround time and report quality.
评估人员要满足与报告周转时间和报告质量相关的关键绩效目标。

Essential Duties基本职责

Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.
遵守公司所有有关信息完整性和机密性的政策。
Undertake social compliance assessments based on ELEVATE social compliance assessment procedures and specific client expectations outlined in Field Instruction (FI);
根据在现场指导(FI)中概述的ELEVATE社会合规评估程序和特定客户期望进行社会合规评估;
Deliver quality report according to ELEVATE and client protocols and timelines;
根据ELEVATE和客户协议及时间安排提交质量报告;
Maintain knowledge of ELEVATE social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws;
熟悉ELEVATE社会合规评估程序和当地劳动法;
Other assignments as needed.

Qualifications岗位要求

College graduate, major in Law, English, Safety engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Industry, Textile or related discipline.
大专以上学历，法律、英语、安全工程、环境工程、化工、纺织等相关专业。
One year or above working experience.
一年以上工作经验。
Good command of reading and writing English, CET-6 is preferred.
良好的英语读写能力，CET-6优先。
Ability to travel frequently.
能够经常出差。
Proactive, open-minded, good at learning, able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and team work

Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
