Responsibility:

• Lead the store team and serves as the expert on company culture, store operations, policies & procedures, management, and exceptional sales and service skills.
• Build effective teams and lead the teams to achieve sales target.
• Maintain brands and company image
• Provide high quality customer services.
• Responsible for daily operations of the stores such as product management, inventory and visual display, prepare sales skills and knowledge training to shop staffs that ensuring operations and services are in line with company metrics.
• Work with experienced sales personnel, manage shop administration for enhancing business acumen.
• Prepare sales report of the store, conduct sales and data analysis.
• Coordinate on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the company from time to time.

• 进行销售及数据分析作出店铺生意汇报。

Requirements:

• 5 years+ of managerial experience in a Beauty or Skin Care environment.
• Excellent personnel management, leadership and management skills.
• Professional beauty knowledge and makeup skills or holding an internationally recognized makeup certificate is a plus.
• A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge within the Beauty sector is also required.
• Initiative, enthusiastic, service-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and Strong organization skills, time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A sales driven attitude with a desire to achieve the best possible levels of customer service is essential.
• Good data and sales analysis skills.
• Strong interest in luxury retail industry.
• Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
