PART I - POSITION SUMMARY 职位概要
？ Support the new DMS (Distributor Management System) roll out
支持新的 DMS（经销商管理系统）推出
？ Data clean & transfer to the new DMS system, as well as collect and review business data;
负责新经销商管理系统数据的清洗和迁移，以及业务数据的收集和审核；
？ Process optimization：
流程优化
Key contribution to the data clearing and consolidation including territory, product, end-user etc; Provide insightful comments in the data migration.
主要是对授权产品，区域，终端数据的整理,在数据迁移过程中提供有见地的评论。
PART II - PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
？ Assist in project implementation, data collection, data clearing, data reporting etc
协助DMS项目实施，负责数据收集，清洗及报告
？ Manage distributor selection, authorization, termination and evaluation on annual basis.
每年对经销商的选择、授权、终止和评估进行管理。
？ Review all the distributor relevant documents and examine their qualifications.
审核所有经销商相关文件，审查其资质。
？ Liaise with sales team where issue found in the distributor authorization, evaluation and termination process.
在经销商授权、评估和终止过程中发现问题时，与销售团队联络。
？ Provide data analysis on distributor, such as sales target vs territory , sales-in & sales-out, to better understand its performance periodically.
提供分销商数据分析，例如销售目标与区域，销售进销出，以更好地定期了解其表现。
？ Update distributor information in share point system, and other local authority's database.
更新分享点系统和其他地方当局数据库中的经销商信息。
？ Perform other responsibilities of distributor management, including issue distributor authorization letter，prepare distributor contract, and distributor document filing.
履行经销商管理的其他职责，包括签发经销商授权书，准备经销商合同，以及经销商文件备案。

PART III – QUALIFICATIONS 资格要求
EDUCATION 教育程度
College degree and/or above in Business, statistics, data analysis, information systems major is preferred.
大专及/或以上学历，商业、数据分析、信息系统等专业优先
EXPERIENCE 工作经验
？ Experienced in channel management or DMS management is preferred.
有渠道管理或DMS经销商管理系统经验者优先。

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (Physical, Visual etc.) 其他要求
？ Demonstrated ability to communicate in bot written and spoken Mandarin and English.
具备书面和口语进行普通话和英语交流的能力。
？ Be familiar with MS office software such as Excel, Word and others
熟练应用Excel、Word等软件。
？ Be honest ,integrity, patience and discreet
诚实、正直、耐心和谨慎
？ Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
良好的沟通能力和较强的人际交往能力。
