Job Objective:
Maintain proper record and ensure workflow inside the warehouse is efficient and effective

Key Duties:
Collect all delivery order from customer service and retail department.
Check delivery order’s information against the computer record.
Prepare all necessary documents and send to Accounts Department.
Advise customer service, retail staffs preparing on a completed invoice set.
Ensure the invoice, transfer and goods return document are properly record and print out the document.
Distribution all copies to related sections, Accounts, Customer, etc.
Check physical stock against computer record.
Conduct quarterly circle count in Warehouse.
Perform any other duties assigned by warehouses superior.
Prepare project quotation from the Forward.
Submit the project quotation for approval.
Prepare the daily stock issue control summary.

Requirements:
2 years above work experiences in relevant industry and position.
Good command of computer operation, expecially the OA software.
Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English.

主要职责：
- 从客服部和零售部收集订单。
- 检查电脑记录里的订单信息。
- 准备并提交所有需要的文件至财务部。
- 通知客服部，零售人员出具完整的发票。
- 确保发票，调货文件记录的正确并打印出文档。
- 将所有需要分发的复印件分发给相关部门，客户等。
- 检查实物库存与电脑记录的准确性。
- 仓库季度盘点。
- 完成仓库主管交待的其它工作。
- 准备项目报价单。
- 呈报需审批的项目报价。
- 准备日常的库存总结。

聘用要求：
- 两年以上相关工作岗位及同行业经验
- 熟练操作电脑尤其是办公自动化软件
- 擅长沟通及团队合作
- 普通话流利且英语良好
