Job Title: Process Engineer
岗位: 工艺工程师
Reports to: Engineering Manager
汇报对象: 工程经理

Job Function工作职责

1. Responsible for evaluating of process flow (process, speed, tools etc.) and internal team feasibility during the phase of project bidding.
在项目竞标阶段负责对工艺流程，速度，工装以及内部可行性进行评估。
2. Responsible for preparing and updating process parameters at sample development stage.
在样品开发阶段负责工艺参数的制定和更新。
3. As a leader for preparing and updating the PEMEA at both sample development stage and in mass production.
在样品开发以及量产阶段主导PFMEA的编制和更新。
4. Support on engineering change.
支持工程变更的相关事宜。
5. Responsible for optimization the production line in terms of quality, productivity and EHS
负责产线的优化和改造，提升生产效率，降低质量风险以及环境，健康，安全相关的事宜。
6. Responsible for EHS compliance during process development.
在工艺开发过程中有义务对环境, 安全以及健康负责。
7. Responsible for onsite training on equipment and process instruction.
负责生产现场的设备/工艺操作指导书的编制及培训。
8. Support to quality department on root cause analysis and improvement in terms of any internal and external quality accidents.
支持质量部内部和外部抱怨的根本原因分析和改善。
9. Responsible for designing and verification the tools, gauges etc.
负责设计和验证工装，夹具等。
10. Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。
11. Finish other tasks assigned by Engineering Manager.
完成工程经理布置的其他任务。


Qualification and Requirement任职资格

－ Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, material engineering or any other engineering discipline.
机械工程，材料工程或者其他相关工程学科的学士学位。
－ 2 working experiences in engineering or manufacturing company.
在工程部门或者生产型企业2年工作经历。
－ Workable read & written English skills; Verbal English is a plus.
英语读写能力需满足日常需求；口语佳更好。
－ Careful, conscientious and responsible, with the right attitude.
细心，认真负责，态度端正。
