岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历（高分子材料/化工专业）；
2、5年以上塑料配色或改性研发经验，3年以上部门管理经验；
3、熟悉各类塑料材料及颜料的结构、性能；熟悉单、双螺杆设备原理与构造；
4、具备很强的创新意识、计划与执行能力、沟通协调能力，承压能力；
5、英语熟练；
