Job Requirement & Key Functions:
1. 制定和落实质量检验部门的工作计划与目标，并贯彻执行。
Based on department yearly target to implement and achieve work plan and goal at inspection.
2. 负责招聘、管理和实现IQA团队成员的有效资源产出，监督检验团队的日常工作质量与效率、区域6S管理、人员绩效的考核与评估。
Responsible for Recruiting, managing and achieving efficient resource output from all IQA members, 6S management and team members' performance evaluation, etc.
3. 计划并实施质量控制人员以及其他直接或间接影响产品质量的员工培训；指导成品部件和产品的检验和测试程序。
Plan, Schedule and implement training for quality control members and any other employees whose work would affect product quality directly or indirectly; Direct the inspection and testing procedures of incoming and outgoing finished parts;
4. 处理由于检验造成的生产缺件、异常情况等；组织质量问题处理，内部质量缺陷的报告分析、整改措施的验证；与产品质量中心和供应商质量团队紧密合作，提高产品质量。
Quick response to deal with production lines when part missing by inspection and quality cases happen, to organize inspection analysis for NC products, propose verify actions; Work closely with Product-Solutions and Supplier Quality teams for product quality improvement.
5. 现场量具、检具和精密测量室设备和仪器的日常使用维护管理。
Management of measuring gauge, tools and precise equipment, devices daily usage and maintenance.
6. 参与国产化项目，实施prototype以及首样件的检验、试装。
Participating in the discussion for the new projects, implement inspection&tests for prototype and FA parts.
7. 制定并更新相关质量管理文件和管理方法，以及相关的质量检验监控流程。
To create, update ISO 9001 quality control documents and inspection plan.
8. 审核质量月报，周报。
Audit quality monthly and weekly reports.
9. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
Other urgent cases assigned by manager.


Main Specifications:
1. University degree in Mechanical Engineering related.
2. Minimum 8 years working experience in manufacturing industries.
3. Minimum 5 years working experience on QC/QA management.
4. Mature, Dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills.
5. Competent in machinery assembly and quality processes, knowledge of casting, machining, welding, surface treatment processes and its quality control.
6. Competent in implementing and conducting audits for ISO9001 & ISO 14001 systems.
7. Good communication skills, analytical skills, honest and responsible.
8. Customer oriented and flexible.
9. Skilled use of office Micro-software and ERP system, such as SAP.
