1 - Represent internal and external customers in their projects

作为内外部客户的项目代表

- Plan quality tasks for his/her projects

- 为所有开发项目制定质量任务计划

- Conduct the process audit for BOP at supplier sites

- 负责项目开发阶段供应商过程审核

- Decide whether to qualify the BOP process

- 决定是否符合BOP流程的资格

- Accept supplier PPAP and the associated Quality Assurance Initiatives

- 接受供应商PPAP文件和相关质量保证文件

- Create quality assurance files in cooperation with site Quality

- 与工厂质量部门合作，制作质量保证文件

- Create PPAP files for acceptance of initial samples by customers

- 创建PPAP文件以接受客户的初始样本

- Assist with process audits for new products at the production site

- 协助新产品在工厂生产的过程审核

- Decide to stop a project if the Quality/Cost/Deadline indicators are going drastically astray

- 在项目指标,质量/成本/交付期限出现不受控制的偏差时，做出停止此项目的决定

-Ensure the representativeness of PPAPs

-保证PPAPs的代表性

- Signal when the operating methods applied to the project do not meet customer expectations

- 在项目阶段使用的工具方法不能满足客户期望时进行警告

2 - Lead the quality activities within the projects

   推动项目阶段的质量活动

- Ensure the correct application of customer quality reference documents and take their updates into account

- 保证客户质量标准正确运用，并且及时更新标准

- Train members of the project group in customer quality reference documents

- 对项目开发小组成员培训客户相关质量标准

- Make the necessary decisions to optimise results, in line with initial data

- 在遵循初始数据的基础上，制定必要措施以优化结果

- Ensure proper use of SMART DEV

- 确保SMART DEV的合理应用

- Train colleagues in the use of Quality methods and tools

- 对其他同事进行质量方法和质量工具的培训

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree

大学专科及以上学历

2.Knowledge of quality tools, methods and standard for quality management

有全面的质量管理知识，能够熟练运用各类质量工具、方法和标准

3.Knowledge of project management

熟悉项目管理知识

4.Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical and summary skills

良好的沟通技巧，重视细节，分析和总结能力

5.Ability to master saveral different expert fields:quality,audit,project management,etc.

能够熟练掌握不同领域的专业技巧：包括质量，审计，项目管理等

6.Team spirit,autonomy,facilitator,ablity to motivate all those involved in a project and to lead a group

团队精神，工作主动性，协调能力，能够激励和促进团队

7. Good English in oral and written.
