Responsibilities:

1. Can understand the rule of critical to customer and critical to quality.
2. Participating the project meeting per needs.
3. Follow the proper standards of the products to work out the quality inspection plan and sample testing plan.
4. Follow the defined test items for product during different development phases (T1, T2,… Golden sample, trail run, mass production, etc.)
5. Review samples and conduct necessary testing per defined protocol to file sample review report in time.  
6. Work with lab to perform mandatory tests and work with supplier for necessary test items which product quality assurance required. Perform simple testing in office by following test guidance.
7. Participate supplier audit during sourcing activities per needs. Follow up quality related issues until closure.
8. Work with supplier on their quality control plan before small batch and mass production starting. Ensure our products to be made and delivered with quality.
9. Release SCAR/CAPA report to supplier to drive their corrective action and preventive action for customer complaints or the quality issues identified.
10. Follow up customer complaints. Investigate the failure with associate parties and file report.
11. Conduct quality data analysis to seek improvement opportunities on quality assurance system continuously.
12. Other assigned tasks.

Qualification desired:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with major of electrical/mechanical/material related.
• 3 years working experience on quality function area.
• Good knowledge on the characters of plastic, bamboo, glass and metal materials. Can understand the related manufacturing processes and quality requirement.
• Be familiar with NA/EU and other regions’ safety and quality requirements and standards.
• Be good at quality tools application. Such as QC tools, FMEA, QCP, PPAP, Lean and SixSigma.
• Good team spirit and collaboration.
• Certain level travel will be necessary for this position.
