Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage the technical driven and market driven development activities in the region of China
2. Support product Development
3. Link up and co-operate with the Lenzing Innovation Technology center (LIT)-- (Application and Innovation Center and Technical Marketing Center) and outsider on implementing the development
4. Act as a key interface" to the R&D, production, Global Branding Management, Regional commerce & value-chain partner on those development-related topics, by sharing the success development results from different regions and work together towards the market needs.
5. Explore new application areas out of apparel textile
6. Alliance with worldwide machine suppliers, dyestuff/chemical, laboratory, institute to enhance the competence and seek for the new opportunity

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

1. Bachelor degree in textiles areas, preferable with the knowledge textile engineering;
Minimum 10 years' working experience in textile field.
2. Good networking and relationship with textile supply chain, brands, not limited on institution, machinery, dyes & chemicals, NGO, other fiber manufacturers,
3. With solid and practical experience in production and good market sense
4. Good team player
5. Good interpersonal & presentation skills
6. Technical-orientated
7. Representable & working independent (highly)
8. Strong passion (textile field/technical)
9. Strong technical background & deep knowledge of Lenzing product, familiar with the product mix
