Positions and missions:



The “Quality” Department of ALTYOR Group is recruiting a Quality Assurance continuous improvement Engineer based at its production site in SHANGHAI (Minhang district).



As Quality Assurance continuous improvement Engineer, you are in direct contact with all internal departments (mainly NPI, R&D, and production) and with our large clients (mainly Europeans) and our suppliers. Your missions are the following ones;


You are the leader for continuous improvement and issues solving on large accounts projects by
contributing to strategic supplier performance monitoring
ensuring FPY (daily follow-up and weekly and monthly analysis)
providing regular performance monitoring reporting to customer
leading new/current supplier full audit
leading customer complaint analysis and reporting and initiate urgent containment actions and follow up 8D report
feeding REX data


You develop and improve Altyor’s continuous improvement processes by
creating and maintaining the company quality control policy
defining and following KPI and QA compliance objectives
collaborating with engineering and production teams to identify the root cause of quality issues
expanding quality cost monitoring, quality control optimization, and use of SPC
span>
You provide quality expertise, problem issues solving techniques, and issues follow-up by
collaborating with the production, engineering, R&D, and supplier teams to improve manufacturing processes
span>
You develop quality culture and skills inside the company by
training the employees
developing a quality, continuous improvement spirit for all departments

Profile:




Bachelor or Master’s degree in quality engineering, mechanical engineering, or electronical engineering, you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as QA manufacturing or supplier management, ideally acquired in the field of electronics.


You are mandatory comfortable either in mechanical processes (dye-casting, extrusion, plastic injection, etc) or electronical processes (SMT, test bench)

You have strong expertise in quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC, Ishikawa, 5 whys.
Knowledge in IPC-610/620 standard and mindmapping is a plus.


Comfortable in a dynamic and international environment, enjoying contacts, you necessarily speak very good English to communicate with our clients.


Technically curious, you are attracted by the world of connected objects, you can adapt yourself to the increasingly sharp demand of our clients.

You are known for your flexibility and responsive abilities to unforeseen events.
