ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management - 60%
Evaluate and understand client needs when implementing the project；
Supervise and control the overall project management to ensure successful project completion within timeline and budget；
Coordinate with internal and external resources ensuring the client’s requirements and scope are met；
Identify project risks and develop plans for risk mitigation；

Client & Partner Relations - 15%
Build a strong relationship with clients by ensuring client service requirements are met and working closely together with the Fabernovel management team and project team；
Bond with our network of companies and guest speakers；
Collaborate with the management team in pitch proposals and design a tailored offering that meets the client’s demands；

Content and expertise - 10%
Lead the design of tailor-made scalable digital academy/change projects, including aligning project objectives, processes, stakeholders and crafting learning pathways to meet client expectations；
Demonstrate strong expertise in selecting the most suitable methodologies and tools in agility, design thinking, change management, or new ways of working to craft change programs；
Facilitate workshops and deliver training based on project objectives；
Manage the production process of deliverables for Learning Expeditions, workshops, relevant projects etc with good quality；

Internal process building - 15%
Enhance team productivity, optimize workflows and upskill the team by creating rituals, standard procedures etc；
Mentor junior team members and support their development；

Innovative, open-minded and curious about new things；
Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and is also a good team player；
A fast learner of cross-industry and cross-expertise knowledge；
Demonstrate a Strong business and workplace ethics；
Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills；
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must；
Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to detail；
Resourceful with a keen eye for problem identification and solving；

Role-specific experience：
Minimum 4 years of working experience related to L&D program design and project management；
Knowledge of e-learning platform build-up or agile related projects is a plus；
Good public speaker and able to host workshops；
Native Chinese Speaker；
Master’s degree and overseas education experience preferred；
