职位描述
Your main responsibilities:
Arrange and follow up all shipments from Europe to China by coordinating with sales coordinators, shipping forwarder and headquarter.
Document support for customs broker for customs clearance.
Freight cost control by negotiating freight rate with shipping forwarders.
Coordinate with frowarder for shipments through free trade zone for production in China.
Support sales coordinators for all logistics issues.
Prepare freight payment application to finance for all shipping forwarders.
Sales order processing in EPR system from inquiry to invoice, to ensure completion of orders and delivery on time.
Your profile:
College graduate.
Minimum 3 years related experience in logistics or customer service, familiar with import process and custom regulations.
Organized, structured, service-minded and detail-oriented.
Positive mind-set, proactive, honest and open-minded, with a learning attitude.
Professional communication skills.
Good level of English in speaking and writing.
Experience with ERP system is prefered.
A strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.
Passion for art or design is a plus.
