职位描述
Effectively deliver continuous improvement to Company Ethical Sourcing programme.
Meet all targets, minimising future exposure for Company.
Effectively engage with third party audit firm to deliver high quality audit.
Keep updated with industry standard and legislation in the countries.
Conduct ES factory assessment/visit when necessary.
Attend vendor / factory meetings for further discussion on improvement plan
Review corrective action plan and support vendor and factory on continuous improvement
Develop and carry out training or seminar for vendor, factory, third party audit firm and internal team members.
Coordinate with third parties to ensure audit is organised and carried out on schedule
Review mutual recognized report and upload result on system.
Manage the factory status and communicate with vendor and factory for renewal before expiration
Review monthly report & plan ahead necessary resources to conduct follow up or new audit request.
Follow-up with factories and provide necessary assistance in different social and environmental projects.
Accountable for a safe site for everyone, every day by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety performance.
Reported and identified hazards are actioned.
A Bachelor (Honours) degree holder or equivalent.
At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in third party audit firm and buying office.
Factory social compliance and Environmental audit experience essential.
Good knowledge of social compliance industry and environmental standard where required.
Formal training in /BSCI/SA8000/ICTI/WRAP/EMS/SMETA etc. is an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
Proactive and self-motivated.
A good team player and able to work independently.
Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential.
