1. Provide technical support to customers by organizing lab works and technical service via visit, phone and written response aligned to BU direction
2. Achieve good customer satisfaction by on time answer of customer inquiry, complaint and Presenting Elkem products/technology.
3. Provide technical training to strength the sales force and distributors knowledge of the applications and products.
4. Identify customers unmet needs or requirements and transfer into new R&D project.
5. Advice on product selection, best conditions of use and assistance to approval processes (machine trials etc.)
6. Support to validate new products at customer side by on-site trial or technical advice.
7. Implement HSE rules and 5S in Lab.
8. Global coordination and communication with technical service team to enhance local technical service competency.
9. Promote team work in the lab.


Job requirement职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Polymer/Chemistry or related
2 2+ years or more experience in silicone release coating/ PSA/label/ tape are preferred
3. Customer-oriented attitude.
4. Team work spirit.
5. Good communication and coordination skill.
6. Good lab facility operation skill.
1. 本科学历或以上，专业为高分子/化学或相关
2. 2年以上有机硅离型涂布/压敏胶/标签/胶带相关工作经验优先考虑
