主要职责

? 研究和评估宏观经济趋势和其对市场的影响

? 负责撰写宏观主题研究报告，及参与其他相关研究项目

? 与团队密切合作更广泛的主题性研究和分析

? 向内部或外部机构及客户沟通宏观观点，形式多样，包括且不限于投策会等等

? 作为研究团队的一员，向团队其他成员提供所需要的各方面研究支持



职位要求

? 具备经济或相关专业的学士学位或以上，PhD优先考虑

? 具备至少4年以上的相关工作经验

? 熟练应用多种数据库及软件，包括且不限于彭博、万得、Macrobond等

? 良好的沟通及表达能力

? 熟练掌握中英文的写作及表达技巧



Description of the role

? Identify and evaluate economic trends and their impact on the market

? Responsible for report drafting on different macro subjects and participate in cross-functional research projects

? Collaborate with team on broader thematic analysis and research

? Communicate macro views with a persuasive curve to internal and external parties

? Provide support to research team and ad hoc projects



Requirements

? Bachelor's degree or above in Economics or related discipline, PhD preferred

? Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and proven ability in Economic topics at a reputable international/local financial institution

? Working knowledge of various databases, e.g. Bloomberg, Wind, Macrobond

? Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability effectively to communicate complex issues to non-expert audiences

? Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua desirable
