职位描述 Responsibilities
1、 负责订舱团队日常管理，持续完善订舱、相关系统与单证作业方案；
2、 根据业务团队的销售目标与预估，制定完善每日/周订舱计划，完成日订舱动态报表；
3、 管理协调舱位的预订和放舱，确保订舱数据准确、及时；
4、 制定团队培训计划，组织落地，提升团队工作质量；
5、 规划订舱团队中长期发展计划，与时俱进提升线上订舱解决方案；
6、 保持与合作船司沟通顺畅，协调与处理订舱过程中的问题。
岗位要求 Qualifications
1、5~6年以上美洲航线国际货代经验，有团队管理经验；
2、英文六级以上，读写能力良好；
3、丰富的船司直接订舱经验，深刻理解船司订舱全套流程的逻辑与规则；
4、进取意识和团队精神、有一定的抗压能力、执行力强；
5、原则性强、思维逻辑清晰；
6、熟悉计算机操作及相关办公软件的应用；
7、愿意付出不亚于任何人的努力，带领订舱团队取得绩效收入回报；
8、具有IT思维，或参与过物流线上化产品的经历者优先。
